Description
This is a sample injection system developed for
high-sensitivity ICP analysis. Unlike the usual nebulizer
that uses the negative pressure of the carrier gas, this
nebulizer uses ultrasonic energy to nebulize a solution.
Ultrasonic energy can produce large amounts of
extremely fine particles. This enables the UAG-1 to
perform analyses at a high sensitivity of 10 to 100 times
the sensitivity of conventional nebulizers.
