Description
This mechanism automatically sets the DS, SS and RS slit widths according to the measurement mode selected on the screen.
- Fixed Irradiation Width Mode: The emission slit is adjusted so that all sample surfaces are irradiated with the x-ray of the same width. The detector slits (SS and RS) are also adjusted in accordance with the irradiation width
- Fixed Irradiation Width Mode:
The DS, SS and RS slit widths are fixed at the set values.
