Application
Employed in preparation of a hybrid organic-inorganic,
electroactive material with potential application as a cation-insertion
electrode in batteries.[1]
Phosphomolybdic acid hydrate may be used in the synthesis of molybdenum
disulfide (MoS2)-reduced graphene oxide (RGO) composites with potential
application as electrodes for sodium ion battery.[4] It
may also be used as a catalyst precursor in the presence of hydrogen peroxide
as oxidant for the dibenzothiophenes oxidation in diesel fuels.[5]
A precursor to hybrid organic-inorganic based molecular
batteries with applications as cation-insertion electrodes.
